Any telephone or web orders, whether placed on a working day, a weekend, or a holiday, will not be looked at until the next working day. Once you have paid for an order, any changes will be treated as a new order.

Return Policy
You may return unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund if the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
We can not accept returns for the products that are open and whose hygiene would be compromised.
